USAGE GUIDELINES
Pre-Operation Check
Measure tool runout before use. Do not exceed 0.01mm runout tolerance. Correct if necessary.
Tool Setup
Minimize tool overhang from the chuck.
Note: Longer tool extensions require reduced RPM, feed rate, or depth of cut (DOC).
Cutting Parameters
If abnormal vibration or noise occurs:
✓ Immediately reduce RPM.
✓ Decrease feed rate or DOC incrementally until stable.
Cooling Recommendations
Steel Machining: Prioritize flood coolant or high-pressure jet cooling.
Significantly improves tool performance and surface finish.
WARNING
Failure to follow these guidelines may cause tool breakage, poor surface finish, or reduced tool life. Always prioritize stable cutting conditions.
